Xavier Hernández Creus (Xavi) born January 25, 1980 is a Spanish football manager and former player who is now the manager of La Liga team Barcelona. Xavi was widely regarded as one of the best midfielders of all time for his passing, vision, ball retention, and positioning. Xavi joined La Masia, Barcelona's junior system, at the age of 11 and made his first-team debut in August 1998 against Mallorca. Andrew Thomas Massey born October 20, 1961 was a midfielder for Millwall, Port Vale, Aldershot, Fisher Athletic, Bromley, and Erith & Belvedere. In a six-year career in the Football League, he scored 12 goals in 163 league appearances for Millwall, winning the FA Youth Cup and the Football League Group Cup.
