Andrew Thomas Massey born October 20, 1961 was a midfielder for Millwall, Port Vale, Aldershot, Fisher Athletic, Bromley, and Erith & Belvedere. In a six-year career in the Football League, he scored 12 goals in 163 league appearances for Millwall, winning the FA Youth Cup and the Football League Group Cup.

Massey began his career with Millwall, where he won the FA Youth Cup in 1979 after defeating Manchester City 2–0. Under the leadership of Peter Anderson, the "Lions" finished 16th in the Third Division in 1980–81 and ninth in 1981–82. Massey was a key player in Millwall's 3–2 triumph against Lincoln City in the 1983 League Group Cup final at Sincil Bank. New manager George Graham, on the other hand, didn't like him.

In March 1984, he was sent on a month's loan to John Rudge's Port Vale.  In a 3–2 defeat to Rotherham United at Vale Park on April 2, he scored a goal in four Third Division appearances. He was engaged in a transfer deal after returning to The Den, in which he joined Aldershot and Les Briley went the opposite way.

Under Len Walker's leadership, Ron Harris' "Shots" finished 13th in the Fourth Division in 1984–85 and 16th in 1985–86. During his two years at the Recreation Ground, Massey scored three goals in 71 league matches. Fisher Athletic, Bromley (on loan), and Erith & Belvedere were among his other non-league clubs.
